	John Savage joined BPA in April, 2000. John is a Certified Public Accountant with over 19 years experience serving a wide range of clientele throughout Upstate New York. John holds a BS degree from the State University of New York, and became a licensed CPA in 1988. He is a former President of the New York State Society of CPA's, Utica Chapter. As a New Business Consultant for BPA, John reviews and designs both qualified and non-qualified employee benefit plans for small and mid-sized companies and not-for-profit agencies across the US. Specializing in employee benefit outsourcing solutions for Bank Trust Departments and other financial services companies, John regularly assists financial advisors in the screening of suitable mutual fund offerings, as well as coordinating marketing and educational resources from a variety of mutual fund wholesalers.
